The mission of Friendly Community Outreach Center (FCOC), a non-profit tutoring and educational assessment center is to help underserved communities throught California achieve the reality os success in education by helping its students understand the process of learning.

It is our belief that every child is different. Therefore, in order to reach every child where he or she is academically is to offer service geared to the individual child. We vow to work with every child to the full extent possible to achieve maxium success in the area of concern.
